I think it’s time to blog since I’m lesser busy for today.

Had customer service module ICA just this Wednesday, it’s quite alright I think, just wait for the result out which is this coming Wednesday, pray hard it’s ok = (

Was having some thought these few days. Firstly, missing is one big problem! Whenever the night arrives, when there is total quietness or when there is whatever important things the next day, the God of Sleep will never let me off! It stirs up my confuse mind and adds on to it, make me totally cannot sleep, the feeling was unbearable and painful. When I stared into the picture of memories, I found that after all I still need to face the reality which I think I have not been realizing, can I reject all these?

Some people are just being too irritating, people say, “江山易改,本性难移!” I totally agreed with this sayings, there are definitely proves behind it! =.=”

If I’m not wrong, we are taking the business modules which meant that customer relationship is quite important in this course. However, what I see is to some people it is like shit. Why would I said this? I actually encountered some ‘mishaps’ today. The promoter just gave me the attitude like he fucking care attitude, when I kindly ask for his opinion as a friend, he just told me,” then don’t buy lo.” I think he’s too busy with his personal friend cycle stuff instead of putting the whole heart into the sale PLUS WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THIS TO A CUSTOMER!? Please do reflect upon yourself, even if its just a few normal / usual words that came out from your mouth. Whether you meant it or don’t mean it I don’t care, it's a fact that your words makes people remember it and made people detest your existence.

As a promoter myself, I always tried my best to meet the target, not saying rushing or pushing my results but seriously putting my heart into it. Unfortunately, good results didn’t come. It’s sad about the two cases. BUT! As I told my friends, I can’t simply point a gun at the customers and force them to dig out their few poor pennies to buy the courses from me, I don’t have such power. You took out money from your pocket, means as a customer , you felt satisfied of my services to you, that’s why you are willing to spend money to purchase, please do not wait after you bought it, then you come and complain this and that, it’s so fucking lame childish. Don’t tell me when you went to a restaurant to patronize, after you finished the whole course on the table, then you complain it’s not properly cook, it’s not delicious or whatever shit, do you think you will be given any free meals in the end? If you think there’s free lunches, maybe it means that the manager of the restaurant was mad or insane or you are just simply dreaming. So it’s time to wake up (:
