ITOUCHHHHH! @Yishun Interchange   There was this customer who came to me, she seems very interested in getting the course from me as she picked her available dates seriously. I was so happy that I might got this customer in the end, after settling everything, she a bit “slow” in keying in her pin number for her UOB card. She keep questioning us alien questions, we were a bit flare up already but as a service provided, I think I should keep all the angry with me, so I proceeds on. After finished signing up for the course, she question again and ask me what are the items we are displaying, I told her it’s the free gifts that we are giving out to the customers wo signed courses with us, then she requested all the free items from me. Without choice, I gave her, after that she wasn’t that satisfied enough, she took one bottle of water from us, it’s like a bit too much but she;s the customer , she got the right. After some times, she came back and said she want to withdraw from the course. Seriously I was super flared up, I can say her actions doesn’t make only me angry, but all of us there. After much discussions, we decided to take back all the free gifts from her as we think she don’t deserve them. Ad temp staffs, we went to her and asked her for all the things. It was so funny yet satisfied. Sometimes service provider deserves something else. Never be affected by anything, LOL cos there’s too much happy things for me to forget all those mishaps, living happily is always better than living in sorrows. YISHUN GOT A LOT OF NICE FOODS ! it was great to share that I got my itouch 16GB, it’s very nice looking and I got it all equipped up with the screen protector and casings, hehe! :DDDDD ! |
